Scope and operator
NEO ATLAS Support handles information related to the NEO ATLAS app and support inquiries as described below. NEO ATLAS is separate from 都市再開発NEO; descriptions of that product’s message board or accounts do not describe NEO ATLAS.

Information handled and its purposes
The app processes imported documents, images and web pages, selections, models, dimensions and sources, projects, placements and viewpoints to provide previews, model creation and editing, maps, saving, restoration and export.
Searched addresses and coordinates for the displayed area are used to search locations and retrieve maps and surrounding 3D buildings. Support email addresses, messages and optional attachments are used to review, investigate and respond to inquiries.
On-device processing and storage
The main processing and storage of documents, images, projects and models take place on the user’s Mac. Operations requiring external connections are described in the next section.
The current Apple Intelligence source-summary implementation uses an on-device model on supported Macs. This is not a statement about the processing of all Apple Intelligence features.
Blender integration passes local files to an external app at the user’s request. Handling of these files also depends on the user’s storage location and the external app’s settings.
External connections and third-party services
Retrieving web sources connects to the specified website. Opening a web search from the app opens Google Search in Safari with the search terms. Connection destinations may also receive information such as IP addresses.
Japanese address search retrieves prefecture and municipality data and required detail ranges from Geolonia’s japanese-addresses-v2 API, then matches the address on the Mac. The data originates from Japan’s Address Base Registry (ABR). This does not send the full entered address directly to ABR, but requested URLs and ranges reveal information about the searched region to the destination.
Searches in English mode or containing Latin letters pass the entered address to Apple’s address-search functionality. Apple Maps imagery requests pass the center coordinates, view extent and related information to Apple’s map functionality.
GSI map tiles are retrieved for the displayed area and zoom level. Surrounding 3D city models and terrain are retrieved from PLATEAU catalog and tile endpoints (plateauview.mlit.go.jp and related reearth.io delivery endpoints). These requests contain information related to the displayed region.
The OpenStreetMap surrounding-building retrieval feature sends center coordinates and a building query to the Overpass API at overpass-api.de. Connection diagnostics also make test requests to GSI and PLATEAU. See each provider’s official information for data handling and usage terms.
Website information handling
Browsing this website is separate from processing documents in the Mac app. The site is hosted on XServer Static; browsing connects to the hosting service that delivers the pages. Server-side access information is handled according to the provider’s policies.
The existing website includes Google AdSense advertising code and an analytics feature that loads Microsoft Clarity when configured. On pages where advertising or analytics run, providers may handle cookies, IP addresses, device and browser information, browsing activity and clicks. These support pages do not introduce a feature to send NEO ATLAS documents or models to those web advertising or analytics services.
You can delete or restrict cookies in your browser settings. Also refer to the privacy policy for the 都市再開発NEO website for site-wide information handling.
Support inquiries
When you email support, the operator receives your sender address, message and any optional attachments. Email delivery also involves processing by email service providers.
Only provide information needed to investigate the issue. Do not send confidential documents or unnecessary personal information. Inquiry information is handled for support purposes.
Storage and deletion
Manage projects, exported files and backups stored on your Mac in the storage locations you control. When deleting unwanted files, also check copies and backups you created separately.

Security
Manage access to your documents and backups, and keep your Mac and external apps secure. Check permissions and included information before sharing materials.
The operator handles received information within the scope needed for support and manages it to avoid unnecessary disclosure.
